If I were to give this marula oil a rating purely based on price vs quality criteria, I would definitely give it 5 stars. However, taking its price out of the equation, I have to say the texture of this oil isn't as refined as it could be. Putting it on my face alone, I found it quite suffocating and slightly tacky due to its density, but I absolutely love using a couple of drops mixed in with a thinner moisturizer for an extra kick of hydration. It never irritated my sensitive skin and smoothed over my dryness. I really think it simply comes down to personal preference/your budget with this one. Overall, I will totally repurchase if a finer/drier consistency for a reasonable price is not on the horizon.
