Excellent hydrator

It's a simple, watery gel but it's certainly effective! Unlike other gels it absorbs fully and doesn't leave any residue. It completely disappears into my skin. You can use a little as a hydrating toner or a lot as a really soothing and refreshing pack.

It has a fresh perfume type fragrance that is noticeable until the product absorbed. I do wish if it has to be scented that it had a more aquatic fragrance.

Being so watery it might not be enough hydration for persistently dehydrated skin. In fact I tend to use it primarily in summer when my face is prickly and rosacea is flaring. It's also easy to add to toners and serums for extra hydration. Wonderful for overheated body skin too!
