Vanicream cleanser // Your soothing foaming texture // Will never drain me // (if only cleaning our faces didn't drain our water bill.) I found that this worked much better when I was a teenager. While it's still ideal for my super sensitive skin and has the added bonus of some evening tone, it doesn't control my hormonal flareups as much these days. A permanent breakup may be imminent, but hey, it gets the job done with it's silken smooth and soothing lather. I can't complain much. I try oth...
This is a really good cleanser. It is not moisturizing, but it is gentle. My HG night cleanser is the vanicream bar. The bar is actually a low ph cleanser. This one i do well with occasionally but i cant use it daily bc it is too alkaline & i end up being really itchy. But i save it to use when my skin is not sensitive or more oily (i am normal sometimes dry/dehydrated) 1 of 4 1 of 4 Community Collections with "Vanicream Gentle Facial Cleanser for Sensitive Skin" Clean Fungal Acne Morning Rou...
I use this in the AM and PM as my general face cleanser, and I am sure to wash for a full minute with warm water. It is one of the only cleansers I have found that does not irritate my skin or cause breakouts, it's very gentle. There is pretty much nothing offensive in it, but don't expect it to treat any issues besides ones caused by allergies/contact dermatitis etc.
I struggled with acne since I was 13 (now 28). Two years ago started my retinoid journey (Differin) which has saved my life, but at the beggining started out drying my face like crazy. Youtube research made me discover this product and it has been a pleasure using it. Really smooth texture leaving face a little plump. Good price (compared to other drugstore products).
I have combo skin that is very prone to acne and closed comodones. I have tried so many cleansers but this one is the only one that doesn't break me out or dry out my skin. I took off one star because it doesn't smell like much and I have a weakness for great smelling cleansers. Would recommend for people that have sensitive skin or break out easily.
This cleanser is great if you have sensitive skin, but for those of us with really dry skin it might be too stripping. For me, it worked great in removing sunscreen, but it caused my eczema-prone skin to flare up. So find a more gentle, ph-neutral option if you have the same issue. I might opt for Bioderma's sensibio gel moussant
slightly drying and made me red especially just around the nose area, my skin just doesn't like this stuff at all, I prefer a more moisturising cleanser this strips you of some moisture albiet only a little. I have very sensitive skin and I'm not used to gel cleansers
