Remove Waterproof Make Up

It is an excellent product in removing waterproof make up.
I always used waterproof mascara and this always cleans it right away.
The only problem is i vaguely think this remover may have caused milia or whiteheads around my eyes.
Unfortunately, i will not repurchase this.
