Good for broken capillaries

I've only used this twice and it's fast becoming my favourite.

What does this do? Well, besides being really moisturising, it helps to improve broken capillaries. It was lovely for my sensitive skin which is oily and possibly dehydrated.

Since then, I've seen some improvement but of course, one needs to use it continously for more effectiveness.

4/5 as I've only started to see it. Won't be able to see the long term effects yet though.
