Having my long fine hair balayaged last year for the first time, I can't imagine living without this product. Yes, it makes that much of a difference, which is probably the reason why it's the most recommend product by professionals for bleached hair. At first I was only using leave-in conditioners and oils but quickly realized that my ends didn't look as healthy as when I stepped out of the salon anymore. I saw an improvement in elasticity and shine after the very first use of this treatment. My hair feels soft and strong. I even see less split ends and shed less hair in general.
It does come in a small squeeze bottle, but still lasts me up to 10-12 uses due to its quite liquid consistency, which would be way more expensive if done at a salon. I part my hair in a few sections, spread it mostly throughout the bleached parts and lock it in with a hair cap for at least 30 minutes before washing it off. It coats the strands, sort of slightly stiffening them, but it's certainly not sticky. I slept in this treatment before as well, and my hair in the morning was flexible and brushable. It smells pleasantly fresh, almost spa-like, yet not too overpowering.
This product allowed me to pay less frequent visits to my hairdresser, and I get questions on how I maintain the healthy look of my dyed hair. I repurchase it at Sephora now, which is super convenient.
