2.eat healthy food more fruit n vegetable
3.reduce oily food dairy food spicy food as they can trigger your acne
4.SPECIAL for allergies seafood like me avoid it so that your face doesnt breakout
5.change your pillow 2 times day
6.dont share body towel make it 2 towel (body n face) so dirt doesnt make acne worst
7.keep calm even though you want to kill yourself
8.meditate yourself with your own obligation
9.exercise make toxin out of body by sweating
