Good at moisturizing but not for dark circle

I've dark circle bcause of genetic factor and it's really bad. I've been used this product about 3 months, what I like from this product are light weight, absorb really fast, & good at moisturizing. But didn't worked to reduced my dark circle, but maybe bcause my dark circle was bcause genetic factor.
