Fungal Acne Trigger
|
Fungal acne isn't great. This is one of three oils that I am aware of that doesn't trigger fungal acne growth (MCT and caprilic (sp?) are the others). Because I use this to add an occlusive layer (hard to find a fungal acne safe product that provides this necessity), I am very happy for the bottle - the large bottle and pump (instead of a dropper) makes my end-step that much easier - no dropper to hassle with, and I don't need to "ration" it like with a Vitamin C product.
Also, there's something so pleasing about the color of this bottle. Honestly, the few products I've become attached to (still searching to fill in the gaps on other steps...) all happen to have a green theme, so this fits in. The aesthetic makes me feel... calm? Anyone who struggles with skincare will understand how satisfying and relaxing that can be.
Anyway, if you struggle with fungal acne or feel you may be sensitive to a lot of oils, check this out. It's awesome.
