I have a form of Photodermatoses sensitivity where my skin reacts to fake UV lights, also known as fluorescent lighting; it causes my face to burn and this is the only lotion I can put on my face when that happens. This is amazing! I have to mix it with herbal concoctions to bring down swelling and it mixes amazingly well. I can't say enough about it!! I use it alone after washing my face and I have to quite a bit because my skin is so dry and the lotion is so thin. My face is always red and I can tell within seconds if ingredients don't like my face. This stuff never reacted, which was surprising because I was sure the culprit was alcohol. It didn't bother my rosacea and didn't make the eczema/dermatitis reaction to the UV worse.
