This was my go-to product for a year; I bought tube after tube. It wasn't the best CC Cream I had used, but it did a good job at covering my skin imperfections. It made me look super oily, but I just loved the coverage too much to stop using it. I would just set it with a setting powder throughout the day if I was looking too oily. I decided to check the ingredients. I noticed that the 2nd most abundant ingredient was called "Snail Secretion Filtrate", which is basically snail slime. This is a popular ingredient in Korean beauty, but I never would have guessed this CC Cream contained it. I'm not a fan of putting snail slime on my skin, so I will not be purchasing this CC Cream again. I know many people don't mind snail slime, but I just don't like it. I have a feeling the slime is what was making my skin so dewy and oily.
I usually steer clear from anything that doesn't say the word "matte" on the package, but during the winter months my skin became combination. I got all dry around my mouth and my cheeks. My mom loves this stuff, and I tried it out, and it works! Not super cakey, and has pretty good coverage, and thats coming from a teen with really bad acne. The only problem I have with it is that it separates around my nose area really bad and doesn't fill my pores in, but a primer helps with that. Stays on pretty well without getting super oily and helped hydrate my skin. All in all, pretty good product!
This is a great cc cream. It provides good coverage, looks natural and doesn't feel too heavy. On my oily skin I do have to blot in the afternoon. For summer, I would probably reach for something more mattifying. The only downside of this product is that it contains a high amount of fragrance. Which if you have sensitive skin or allergic to fragrance would not be for you. It comes in a good range of shades, and blends pretty well with a brush or beauty blender. Since I'm not breaking out as much as I used to, this cc cream provides a lot of coverage for me. I also love the spf rating, I would still recommend having a sunscreen beneath this makeup because you're not going to get all the sun protection you need from a cc cream.
