great brightening toner.
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Post Inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), Anti-Aging (Fine lines & Wrinkles), Blackheads, Uneven Skin Tone, Whiteheads/Closed Comedones

This works great as an after cleansing toner.. Its not hydrating but it also does not dry out my skin like an astringent would. I feel like it helps with skin brightening but i use a lot of different products so it is hard to say for sure. ( The ingredients would indicate it to be brightening ) . I like to splash and pat it on instead of using a cotton round to swipe it on.
