I really tried to make this product work - I used it over weeks but it utterly dried out my lips and made the area around them very irritated every time I used it. When I stopped using this, these problems stopped completely and so unfortunately I had to admit that for me this was a waste of money.

I have found much more success in simple lip products containing fewer and better ingredients (e.g. lanolin and natural pigments/flavourings). As someone with sensitive skin, I think the fragrance and alcohol combo made this product bad for me.

This product is more hype than worth it. I have dry lips that bleed sometimes and when I apply this product overnight, the next morning my lips are still dry and bleeding. It says it will melt away dead skin cells but it actually it does not work well. Definitely will not recommend.

I just use this for 3 nights I think, and suddenly a tiny bump appear under my lips, which rarely happens before. I do like the effect that this product gave, my lips become soft and look healthier in terms of colour appearance. But I guess, I gotta stop using it for now.

This product felt nice and buttery when I first got it but didn't wow me in terms of hydration. I tried sticking with it but kept waking up with my lips feeling tight and dry especially on the edges and corners. Which of course made me think I wasn't using enough, and I would apply more. I got small red bumps and cracks around my lips but wasn't sure if it was this product or another skincare moisturizer I had recently gotten.

After taking a break from all new moisturizers and other lip balms I use during the day, I started using this balm alone just to confirm if it was the culprit. I woke up with a PAINFUL red rash and small bumps oozing clear discharge around the lines of my bottom lip. I still don't know which of the ingredients in this balm I'm reacting to, my best guess is it's the fragrance. WHY in 2020 do skincare products still have fragrance in them?? I'm going to use the rest of the jar on my feet and cuticles.

Hate love relationship with this product. It makes my lips super moist and glossy and looking pinkish too. But sometimes it makes my lips sting as fuk. I stop using after finishing one small tub and my lips feel dry and quite deep pale brown colour. probably will purchase this again
