Small drying effect but overall gives a good clean feel
Skin Type: normal Skin
Skin Concerns: Acne, Sensitive Skin, Whiteheads/Closed Comedones

I'm currently using this foam cleanser. This is the first foam cleanser I've tried and so far its pretty good. It's not too drying in my opinion. It does strip the skin bare from all the dirt and grime of the day which leaves a clean bare face ,but I usually put toner right away to bring back hydration to the skin. It's not bad and it's not my favorite, however for the price and the quality of it, I think it's not bad if you are just starting your skin routine.

Drying, but still decent.
Skin Type: oily Skin
Skin Concerns: Post Inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), Acne, Sensitive Skin, Uneven Skin Tone

I'm slightly oily with sensitive skin. I remember being excited to try this out when I first ventured into Asian Beauty, and this was the first AB cleanser that I tried back in the day. It has a nice foam, and it will remove all your makeup if you're looking for that (it seriously removed residue like I had never seen before), though I found it to be very stripping and drying to the point where it made my skin tight and even more sensitive. I was doing a rigorous Korean Ten Step to combat acne and PIH, but I do believe this helped mainly with my acne. While I did see results over time, I found it to be too drying and stripping to continue to use since it kept aggravating my sensitive skin, so I never repurchased. Someone with very oily skin will probably love this, and a dry skin type would probably detest this.

a korean skincare basic!

— 18. combination to dry skin. ocasional hormonal acne.

this is one of the very first cleansers i bought when i started my skincare routine and i think its very suitable to start experimenting as a beginner. however, i dont recommend it for really dry skin even though it might be effective if you apply a thick moisturizer soon after.
i like the way it leaves my skin clean & tight. it also helps with large pores so it's a win-win!
i dont think i will purchase this product again since it's not that mild and i prefer low ph morning cleansers (even in the night), but it is easy to find online and a little goes such a long way so yeah, works for me.
