I'm slightly oily with sensitive skin. I remember being excited to try this out when I first ventured into Asian Beauty, and this was the first AB cleanser that I tried back in the day. It has a nice foam, and it will remove all your makeup if you're looking for that (it seriously removed residue like I had never seen before), though I found it to be very stripping and drying to the point where it made my skin tight and even more sensitive. I was doing a rigorous Korean Ten Step to combat acn...
I came across this product when I started my journey with Korean Skincare. It was featured on Soko Glam as a cleanser for combination skin. I started using it in the summer when my combination skin tends to be more oily then dry and it worked great !! It is an airy silky foam cleanser with a light green tea scent and it left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and more balanced. It also is a gentle cleanser meaning it didn't irritate my skin or cause me to breakout. Then came winter. OMG talk ...
— 18. combination to dry skin. ocasional hormonal acne. this is one of the very first cleansers i bought when i started my skincare routine and i think its very suitable to start experimenting as a beginner. however, i dont recommend it for really dry skin even though it might be effective if you apply a thick moisturizer soon after. i like the way it leaves my skin clean & tight. it also helps with large pores so it's a win-win! i dont think i will purchase this product again since it's not ...
My face has a love-hate relationships with foam cleanser. I want to love this product real bad, but my sensitive skin does not really like it. This cleanser causes tiny bumps to appear, so I dont think I will repurchase. I love the fact that this product is really gentle, but at the same time deep cleanse my face really well! Removes my makeup, the oilyness & dirts on my face (I use the double cleansing method; oil clenaser + water-based cleanser) but at the same time it doesnt make my face f...
I'm currently using this foam cleanser. This is the first foam cleanser I've tried and so far its pretty good. It's not too drying in my opinion. It does strip the skin bare from all the dirt and grime of the day which leaves a clean bare face ,but I usually put toner right away to bring back hydration to the skin. It's not bad and it's not my favorite, however for the price and the quality of it, I think it's not bad if you are just starting your skin routine.
For my combination skin, and since cleansers do tend to dry your skin out, this one doesn't leave it as dry or a tight feeling as the ones I had. I only wash my face with this cleanser at night since, after a long day out at work it does get rid of dirt, makeup, everything really. In the morning I skip this cleanser since I rather just wash my face with lukewarm water.
I like this product and it does work and I can feel my pores cleaner when I use it. But I can't use it every day because it makes my skin (combination/sensitive) slightly tight. Depending on the day, it also makes my skin sting a bit, so maybe not a good choice for super sensitive skin.
