We have heard it already: don't use scrubs / physical exfoliators, they can micro crack your skin and damage it. Although I can't exactly say I'm impressed with this product, it was better than many others I've tried (including similar cleansers from Neutrogena). It's very gentle compared to other scrubs, so if you want to use one, this isn't bad. But going for a chemical exfoliator is still a far better option. Wouldn't recommend buying, but wouldn't recommend throwing it away in case you already have it.
