my skin getting worse!!!

i already used this cleanser before and my skin getting better..and i stop using this because of some issue..and i start using it again now..i have combination skin..and guess what my fungal acne getting worse and my skin getting dehydrated on cheeks and more oily on my t zone..before i don't have whiteheads before and i have this now because using this cleanser..
