Skin Concerns: Fungal Acne (Malassezia)

i love this because its ACTUALLY moisturizing but its not fungal acne safe !!!!! ;( and i also just bought 2 and they were expensive ! AHHHHHHHHH if you don't have fungal acne i say give this a try...but cerave is also better ah ha ha haahahaha. For my fungal acne it hasn't really done anything to it so far, maybe it got slightly worse i cant tell at this point. i got too much acne on my forehead !!! it says i have to write more which i don't want to so ill just write a bunch of stuff to get this over with. hello how are you. yes i am good. are you good? cool. u are beautiful. you can do anything. yeehaw!!!!

Good summer moisturizer but broke me out
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Acne, Rosacea, Large Pores, Whiteheads/Closed Comedones

I bought this because I heard it was a dupe for the Drunk Elephant Protini moisturizer, and I wanted something more lightweight for my oily skin. It's definitely not that moisturizing, as I didn't feel as I normally do when I use the Cetaphil daily moisturizer (which I love), so I don't really think those with dry skin will really like this. Also coincidentally, I started getting a bunch of small under the surface bumps between my eyebrows, and I started breaking out really badly around my chin and jawline, as well as my right cheek. I'm not 100% sure that this product was the cause, but it was the only thing I had switched up in my routine, so I'm attributing my breakout to this product (but take that with a grain of salt, it could've even been something in my diet). I've stopped using it and since then I haven't had anymore breakouts so far. Maybe I'll give it a go again in the future to really be sure, but I'm definitely putting a pause on using it for now.

Not worth it
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Post Inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), Dehydrated Skin, Uneven Skin Tone

I think my skin actually got worse with this product. I don't think the ingredients really benefited my skin because silicone is so high on the ingredients list. I wouldn't say that I'm sensitive to silicones whatsoever but it's more that it seemed to act as a "filler." As a result, my skin was not nearly as hydrated as it was with the belief aqua bomb. It made my skin more oily and caused breakouts due to the excess oil. Definitely not a dupe for the aqua bomb in my opinion.
