OK, but doesn't wow me

I have troublesome skin - even at the age of 39 I still get acne and have been getting facial flat warts along with Melasma and some fungal acne + normal acne which means I'm trying to cure one, but it triggers the other!!
While I have not broken out using this primer and it does go on smooth, it has not improved my skin causing my makeup to slide and not stay on during the day.
