Unsure of benefits but refreshing

I wanted to give this mask primer a try because, why not? It might be just a gimmicky product that got me but it's not terrible. When you test it on your hands, spray one hand with the maskimizer then spray water on it, you can tell the water starts absorbing more on the hand with the maskimizer than on the one without it. I haven't really noticed whether my masks perform that much better to be honest. I'm thinking you can get similar or better results using a good essence or balancing toner to prep the skin for your masks. That said, it's actually a nice refreshing spray you can use any time during the day for some hydration. Put it in the fridge and it feels very nice, specially during hot summer days!

My biggest problem with this spray is the nozzle. I have to spray it on my hands then pat it on my face because the product comes out too strong and doesn't coat the face evenly. I'm thinking of transferring the product to a better spray bottle.
