Powdery toner
Skin Type: dry Skin
Skin Concerns: Anti-Aging (Fine lines & Wrinkles), Large Pores, Sensitive Skin

This powdery toner will have slight cooling effect when applied onto clean face similar to a cooling face powder. One may feel a layer of dryness on the face after using this toner which I would recommend to follow up with a moisturizer afterward to keep the skin hydrate.
