Great for scarring, not for pores

I've used this product for well over a year. It worked extremely well on eczema scarring. However, it was lackluster on pores. I still have a problem with large pores all over. I cannot see any difference. So, If you're looking for an exfoliant for texture, this is it. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.

More than perfect

very effective with blackheads , whiteheads , sebum control if you suffer from a oily skin that exactly what you are searching about , as a esthetician i do really recommend it for all my clients and patients 梁♥♥

salicylic acid 2% is perfect as beta hydroxy acid a lipid soluble acid which can disolve the lipids in your pores

it may be not the best for a sensitive skin so i recommend to use it as a wash off product gradually while using it as 10 minutes for the first time will be more than enough and the next time for 15 min and the next will be for 20 min then for half an hour till your skin tolerate the salicylic acid two percent and donot forger to avoid around your eyes and around your mouth

also it should be only used for 3 times for all skin type as it is written daily use which actually will damage the skin barrier due to overexfolating .

the results will show after 20-30 days , oily sebum will decrease and wil be more controlled , pores become smAller and you will definetly feel that easily .

for hyperpigmentation you will not find it that superstar , using glycolic acid would be better .

Pretty aight.

I use this in the morning and at night on my face, shoulders/upper back, and chest. My biggest complaint is that it leaves my face feeling super tight, despite my applying moisturizers and oils twice a day.

Does it unclog and shrink enlarged pores?
It sure as hell does unclog. I'd say it reduces my acne more than prescibed adapalene gel and equally as much as topical clindamycin. Im not certain it has a noticeable effect on pore size, though.

Does it smooth and even skin tone?
Ehhhh, kinda. It definitely reduces bumps on my chest, but I've yet to notice any differences of texture and tone on my back and face (besides pimples).

** Is it a lightweight liquid that absorbs quickly?**
Not really. it leaves my skin feeling somewhat greasy and slippery for ~two minutes after applying it.
