Not helpful IMO
Skin Type: oily Skin
Skin Concerns: Acne, Blackheads, Large Pores, Dehydrated Skin, Uneven Skin Tone

Whether I had a big or small pimple, these patches wouldn't be of any help. Particularly big pimples were pretty much immune to them for whatever reason. The pimple would still be there the next morning and sometimes even worse.
The only thing I found these 'helpful' was when I would pop a pimple and then using one of the patches on the affected area would prevent it from getting infected. Of course that's not the point and you're not even supposed to pop pimples but anyway. other than that these didn't really work for me.

NOT GOOD
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Post Inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), Anti-Aging (Fine lines & Wrinkles), Blackheads, Dehydrated Skin, Uneven Skin Tone

I wanted to like these but I did not have a good experience. I don't typically get break outs but I saw these and thought I'll keep them in my arsenal in the event I do break out. While we were on vacation I got a zit on my cheek and thought perfect, I will put this patch on. The next morning I woke up and you could see a huge whitehead under the patch. Maybe it was user error, but since then I don't trust this patch nor pimple patches in general. Just some Tea Tree Oil for me and lots of air.

Helps me With Cystic Acne
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Post Inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), Acne, Blackheads, Sensitive Skin, Whiteheads/Closed Comedones

Please, note that this is not my only treatment, and that I have a whole skincare routine focused on preventing and treating hormonal, cystic acne. This product is not miraculous, but it will work well and help reduce the "life period" of the cystic acne I experience.

I have a stash of these pimple patches because they're HG for me, and really help reduce my cystic acne and prevent me from touching and picking on my skin.

I really like this product because it helps my cystic acne heal faster. When I have some painful and cystic acne on my skin, I apply this patch at night, right after cleansing and patting my skin dry. I remove it and wash my face in the morning, placing a clean patch on my blemish before going to work. Then, by the middle of the day, I'll remove the patch and wash the blemishes again, before placing one last patch on top of them.
Usually that's enough for the blemish to go away.

The patches stick well to the face and absorb all the oil and gunk that comes from the cystic acne once it starts to surface.
