Good for dry skin and winter

This is my first Korean skincare product I tried. It is good for dry skin, it moisurizes well. It helped my skin get temporarily moisturized and smooth. After applying it, my skin feels and looks moisturized. The cream comes with small balls that will burst and dissolve as you work your way into your skin. I didn't notice any difference for my beginning anti aging signs. It does give you a bit glowy or dewy skin. The cream sticks a little and that is something I don't prefer. It is a good cream for dry skin, however I can not compare it with others as this was my first Korean skincare try. I was overall satisfied with it.

Not my holy grail

I've been using this for a month now and I am still quite ambivalent towards it. My skin is super oily and it also looks tired, so I thought I'd buy an anti-aging Innisfree instead of their pore control line. I bought the whole Jeju Lava Seawater line over the orchid line because this seems to be lighter in terms of texture and consistency.

It feels light upon application and it spreads easily on my face. Just a little goes a long way. However, once absorbed, I feel sticky afterwards. Like how seawater feels on your skin after it dried out. (It really does live out on its name lol)

On the bright side, it did solve my issue of having tired skin. After just 1 night of use, my skin feels soft and supple the next day. I look glowy after I wash it off in the morning.

However, I feel this product is inadequate for my purpose because even if it does deliver the anti-aging part, I also need to address my oiliness problem. Using the whole line gave me random whiteheads sprouting in places where I don't normally get whiteheads. I really can't give fault to the product because I didn't research it enough before buying it. On skincarisma, it only has Adenosine as an active and that ingredient is great as an anti-aging agent. It promises nothing else. This is why I got nothing else for me. This product is great for aging, dry skin though.

Overall, I still think this is a great product but it's just not for my skin type. I dunno what I was thinking not getting something for my skin type LOL. Totally my fault. I would give this to my mother who has dry skin. I think this would be a wonderful cream for her.
