When it opened its first store in Malaysia, my friend dragged me along with her. I've never been much into skin care, but when I saw this item, I thought 'Why not?'. It was my most expensive beauty product purchase back then. As I have always had huge pores and blackhead and whitehead problems, partly due to my lack of hydration/care/futility, I didn't have any high expectations.
But to my surprise, 3-4 months after continuous use, most of the pores at my higher cheeks have reduced in size. As I'm rather fair, I didn't really notice any brightening/whitening effects, other that it not affecting my dark circles (LOL!). My blackhead/whitehead problems was reduced slightly, but also not something I really noticed, since they were not something I was overly concerned about. I have no sensitivity nor reactions to this product, though I do have very slight whitehead breakouts on my cheeks every now and then, but I suspect those are caused by other factors not pertaining to the cream.
But as far as I'm concerned, the product did what I got it for, though it probably takes patience and regular usage (I used it once before bed and once in the morning) to see any results.
