i was so exited to buy this product because i've seen an influencer saying it was amazing for oily skin but after start to use this cleanser

my skin became irritated, with pimples and big horrible acne that probably will take months to heal my skin back or also it will stay this blemish forever. cant believe how badly this product was to my skin.
never again!

I switched to this after trying their hydrating cleanser in hopes that it would cleanse better but not be as stripping even with a double cleansing method. I do think this does that trick pretty well but not enough for me to give it a glowing review. It works fine but I don't find that it foams that nicely and I do still have foundation residue on my face even after using this as a second step cleanser. Definitely a good one to try if you're looking for a simple and affordable cleanser though. It's just not wowing me enough to make me want to repurchase it.

I bought this to use for double cleansing. Cleanse with oil to remove make up, then use this to make sure the oil was off my skin. This cleanser destroyed my skin. In response to the damage to it, my normally dry skin, began producing oil like crazy. The excess oil started causing break outs. Not realizing at first that it was the cleanser that caused it I continued to use it.
My normally dry skin with minimal acne became a greasy pimply mess, I evaluated my routine and this was the only thing I changed (I still used the oil as well, so it wasn't that). Since I've discounted use, my skin is slowing getting better. Looking through the ingredients I'm not sure what caused the issue, but buyers beware.
